Need help with a title

The story is about a girl who loses her family in a crash and has to live with her aunt, uncle, and cousin who she has no memory of because they've had an estranged relationship since she was very young. Her cousin is Deaf and has aversions towards most hearing people, including her. The story focuses around Deaf culture, prejudice, etc.

It's your story so name it whatever you think feels right because sometimes picking out the title is the most stressful part of the story. Good luck on your story though.
