Anime is Japanese, this would count as a cartoon. Probably...

thank you TheSonicfan14 and actually Rainshadow999 it would be an anime not cartoon since as you probably well know sugar rush the game is meant to be in litwack's arcade in the movie to be a over seas Japanese pop racing game that's the scheme of the game in the movie since in arcades such as litwacks would be a mix of older games and the newer Japanese ones the same stuff actualy happened in the 60's 70's or 80's I think that was the time when Japanese games came over and arcades clamored so to say to get them even a small one like litwacks would have one since it was popular and so if you went to an actual arcade now you will see most games are from over seas like from japan that and the character styling is that of "Chibi" a Japanese anime favorite and mine as well so with all of that and a lot more I wont bug you on is infact Japanese anime worthy already just by that alone so there I do appreciate your comment though and thank you for voting honestly on the opinion you have :)
