Summaries from TV Line's article, which can be read link.

AGENT V | This one’s a no-brainer: Follow through with the time jump Rob Thomas proposed for a possible (though ultimately passed on) Season 4. In this scenario, Veronica’s a rookie FBI agent whose youthful looks make her the go-to for undercover high school assignments. So when a teacher is murdered at Neptune High, natch, she’s forced to return to her old stomping grounds (where Wallace just happens to now teach) and infiltrate a new generation of ’09ers – along the way, uncovering a mystery much bigger than she suspected. (Bonus points if Thomas gets Justified‘s Walton Goggins to reprise his role as Veronica’s avuncular FBI boss.)

THE MOTHER OF A TWIST | Veronica, now out of college and a full partner in Mars Investigations, hears from Logan years after a falling-out left them estranged. He needs her help: He’s been getting phone calls from his mother’s old cell number, and when he picks up, it’s Lynn’s voice on the line. He suspects someone’s trying to mess with him on the eve of his tech company’s IPO — the firm invented the Are You a D-Bag? app — but he can’t figure out why. Wary of getting hurt again, Veronica reluctantly agrees to help her ex… but uncovers a mystery much bigger than either of them suspected.

EX’D OUT | After Lianne Mars is found dead of highly unnatural causes in a motel room in Ensenada, Calif., Keith — though he hasn’t heard from his ex-wife in years — is accused of her murder. Veronica (and we, duh) know that her dad is innocent, so she recruits old pals Wallace and Mac to help her exonerate her pop. Oddly enough, it’s a tip from sleazebag private eye Vinnie Van Lowe (!) that helps her uncover a mystery much bigger than anyone suspected.

A DICK MOVE | While at business school, Dick Casablancas is accused of date-raping someone in his study group. Logan lobbies Veronica to help out his old pal – despite her history with the subject and her penchant for sympathizing with victims — and she only agrees because her LoVe for her ex never fully went away. But when she finds evidence that proves Dick did indeed commit the act, she uncovers a mystery much bigger than she or Logan suspected.

THE WEEVIL DEAD | After Weevil goes into the hospital for a routine back surgery – he slipped a disc while fixing bikes at his highly successful garage — he dies during recovery. Shortly thereafter, one of his cousins comes to Mars Investigations and claims that the hospital was to blame. Can Veronica help her prove it? As a favor to her old friend, Veronica looks into the matter – how exactly does someone so young die so suddenly of something so humdrum? – and uncovers a mystery much bigger than she or Weevil’s family suspected.

MARS UNDER ATTACK | After college and law school, Veronica capitalizes on her natural talents and becomes an Olivia Pope-style fixer who solves a problem she shouldn’t have – as a favor to Duncan, who’s now a state representative – leaving her with a killer for a client… who needs to eliminate her as a witness! As Veronica’s on the run for her life, she takes refuge with several friends and faces from her past – including former deputy/now Sheriff Leo D’Amato (paging New Girl‘s Max Greenfield!), morally slippery but usually helpful attorney Cliff McCormack and former Kane Software thug Clarence Wiedman – who owes her a ginormous favor. Of course, Logan’s in the mix, too – and together, they uncover a mystery that’s… well, you get the idea.

BrookeWarner picked Mars Under Attack:
Logan may sizzle, but Leo D'Amato's just like a more functional version of Piz: all nice-guy, but more investigator skills.

I want Veronica to be doing what she does best and still be with Logan. Maybe even them getting married!
