Who is your favorite vampire? (Can be fictional or supposedly real)

My Favorite vampire is Lestat De Lioncourt from the Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. Lestat is just such a developed character. Just so much more depth to him then a Twilight character. Actually Rosealie was one of the only characters I did like from Twilight, but definately not the best.

I am proud to be the first vampire fan to say that my favorite vampire is currently Darren Shan from the Cirque Du Freak series! I really like how he sort of rebels to the ways of the vampire (for noble reasons), but eventually he accepts who and what he is and is trained to eventually become a superb vampire. There's no character like him! And, of course, I like Dracula, because he is the original and because he is SCARY!

i like the vampires from vampire academy and HoN the ones from HoN are really interesting probally the best vampires they are original and not crap like the twilight ones rosalie is the fricken character and vamp that has depth to her she's most realistic vamp in the fricken series even though she still sparkles but she's fighsty and mean like real vampire not the casper ghosts of vampires

Personally, I don't like Twilight. I don't see how any of them could be scary, and I don't really think Rosalie is really all that attractive. But that's just what I think. :) You could rationally talk about what you like, and I respect that.

My favorite vampires are the Anne Rice vampires, seeing as how my favorite author other than J.K. Rowling is Anne Rice. If I had to narrow it down though, I would say my top faves are Armand and Quinn (Tarquin Blackwood from Blackwood Farm). My boyfriend kind of looks like Louis Pointe du Lac! It's cool.

well , of course Lestat is on the list, but my number one fav is Rudolph, just because when i was little i had a crush on him and i watched the little vampire 5 bajilion times, lol

Okey, I'll pick three very different vampires, but I think they're my favorites right now.

In first place, Anne Rice's Lestat. <3 I Love him. He's just perfect in many ways xD.

Spike, from Buffy, cause I've been always in love with him. . I find him gorgeous, funny, and amazing, with or without soul.

And last, but not least, Edward Cullen (omg, i cant really believe im saying this :P) 'cause he's so.. protective and romantic.. and devote to Bella.. He just makes me love him.

My favourite vampire is Angel also know as Angelus. His undead life is really sad and heart breaking. He gets his soul back then he loses it but then he gets it back just when Buffy sends him to hell. Then he leaves his true love because he can’t be with her, it’s all so sad but he goes on. These are all the reasons why he’s my favourite vampire.

I find the volturi are the closest thing to vampires in Twilight saga. I guess I would like Jasper but only to make fun of him really,

My fave vampire is Alisa Perne (the vampire from a book "the last vampire/black blood", by Christopher Pike)because she is strong and is 5000 years old but very beautiful. She is not heartless either as she has a boyfriend who is mortal but becomes a vampire.

My favorite vampire HAS to be Lestat! You just cant help but love him! On one side he can be mean and on the other he can be an overgrown spoiled brat child! XD XD

I think it actually has to be Bram Stoker's Dracula. Maybe it's just because he is the original vampire but that character scares the hell out of me. That book is incredible. It's actually one of the scariest books I've read. Everything about it screams "menacing" and I love it.

But I have a few other favourites. Eric Northman is amazing. I feel like drooling just thinking about him. I also love Dimitri from Vampire Academy.

I haven't seen Interview with a Vampire or read Anne Rice's novels but they're on the list it seems like I need to though considering how many people love Lestat.

My favorite vampire would have to be Drusilla from Buffy the Vampire SLayer.No other vampire even comes close to being as creepy and mysterious as Drusilla. She seems so innocent and plays with her "dollys" but can also be badass.

I think jasper he looks in pain and he is freaky and in New Moon he attacked or tried to attack bella!!!!

Lestat will probably always be my favorite vampire :).....i loved that in the books you saw the monster side of him in interview then when you read the vampire lestat you see a completely different side of him. he was such a dynamic and entertaining character. :) i have to say though that i liked lestat more in the books than i did in the movies...although interview is one of my favorites.

and honestly damon salvatore from vampire diaries...i'll admight that i wasn't to crazy about this when i learned about the tv show(i didn't know about the books) but i love ian somerhalder(who playes damon)so i gave it a chance and it pulled me in. His character has quickly became one of my all time favorites :)

Technically, my favorite is the one in the vampire novel I'm writing, but since he likely doesn't count I'd have to say I agree with you on yours (no bashing from anybody else please).

Hmmm...my favorite vampire would be a tie between Alexander Sterling (Vampire Kisses) and John Quinn (Night World, Book 2). I like Alexander because he's a sensitive artist who'd rather paint then go out and search for a meal. He just really fascinates me. And so does Quinn. He was a human who was turned, and he seemed so emotionless and cold at the beginning, until his soulmate broke his shell and found the real him. He just reminded me of myself at the time.

My favorite vampire is Schuyler Van Allen, one of the main characters in the book series, Blue Bloods, by Melissa De La Cruz.
The book is awesome, I highly recomend it! And it's has a plot! Unlike that piece of crap Twilight...no offense Twilight fans

My favorite vampire would have to be Vladimir Tod. He's a fictional character from a book by heather Brewer. I think he's pretty cool because not only does he not wear glitter, he has an awesome personality and determination that will really blow you away. He's strong, fierce, and can pass off as a normal human...most of the time.
He's also pretty hot, in my opinion. <3
