why do u think vampires cant get pregnant?

what i think is that there body freezes when they change like all there body cells so thry cant function

She may mean that vampires who...well, have always been vampires are the only ones who could impregnate or become pregnant. I think that makes perfect sense :)

But of course they don't need to be able to. Their kind reproduces by turning a person into a vampire so there really is no reason for them to have children. Humans have children because it is the only way for their kind to reproduce. But vampires have a different way since they are undead.
