Yes I do, but then again I believe anething can happen.

immortals don't exist, everything in this world has a life cycle.
the longest life cycle of any known animal is the tubeworm which lives 170-250 years..
the next longest is a type of clam that is known to get about 220 (the oldest one ever found was 450).
lastly certain types f tortoise which can live to about 200..
no human can have the powers vampires are said to have either. our framework and bone structure could never support it.
the fastest land animal is the cheetah it cazn run up to 75 mph but only in short burst. and then has to relax for a while afterword.
they also have a flexible spine, and enlarged heart, and a running hop that allows them to run that fast.

anyway my point is.. yes vampires exist, but not in the fictional sense.
