My guess would be PG-13.

i think that they would rate it PG-13 cuz like of all the romance and stuff like that!!! (i dont know about you but no matter what is rated i am going to see it the moment it comes out)

Apparently, the only special provision Stephenie had when she signed over the rights was that the movie was guaranteed a PG-13 rating.
