I read the books with no help from online discussions or forums to leak any plots or endings. Was anyone else just as shocked as I was when Bella became pregnant? I didn't see it coming at all, and I was sure that this meant Stephanie Meyer's was introducing a vampire son (thought it would be a boy) for Edward to have something to love after she killed off Bella's character. I am so happy at the way it really ended.

Does anyone else have different endings they thought up when they found out Bella was pregnant before they finished reading what really happened?
