is that included in one of the soundtracks too?

I believe that's part of the Twilight score, which is different from the soundtrack, but it should also be available.

You can find the score on iTunes. Just search Twilight score and you will find it. The whole score is done by Carter Burwell, who wrote Bella's lullaby.
