I can't remember properly but it might have been the lullaby or Tremble for my beloved by Collective soul

I've checked and it is the Lullaby that plays during the meadow scene hope that helps

Actually, it's music from the Twilight score, not the soundtrack. The lullaby doesn't play in the movie until Bella and Edward are in the trees. You can find the score on iTunes. It's all written by Carter Burwell, who wrote the lullaby, which is on the score as well.
