The X-Files Question

I could just be imagining things but I swear I have seen an episode where Mulder takes Scully into his apartment and there is a little alien hiding there. Mulder says something like "I abducted him" Which episode is this from?

I am not quite sure if this is in any episodes...I have a feeling it might be something that Mulder dreams up....help?
