As production begins on the follow-up to Starz’s Emmy-nominated 2013 mini-series
, the cable network on Monday announced new faces joining the project.
, based on Philippa Gregory’s best-selling novel of the same name, will feature Suki Waterhouse, Essie Davis, and Joanne Whalley, among others.
) will play Queen Elizabeth, a.k.a. “The White Queen” and mother to the sequel’s eponymous Princess Elizabeth, who will be played by Jodie Comer (
). In the story, Princess Elizabeth is forced to marry Henry VII, played by Jacob Collins-Levy (
