Well, Damon IS judgemental. So lol.

Damon is not judgemental, he is just looking out for Ric. And Ric may think he can take care of himself, but given the fact that psycho doctor shot him, he clearly can't and so he needs Damon to look out for him. And if Damon's judgemental, then what are Caroline and Stefan? 'Cause they sure as hell are judgemental.

I just thought it was jokes, to be fair. Damon is jugdemental. That's just one of the very irritating yet loveable things about him. Though to be fair, loads of the other characters are judgemental, I actually think Rick is probably the least judgemental on the show. :)

You people think Damon is judgmental? From what I've seen he is probably the least judgmental character on the show! He just had a very bad hunch about Meredith and as always he was right. Damon might think he is right all the time but that's not the same as being judgmental.
