Ok, Tyler was was brave, but he's a hybrid, he knew he wouldn't die.
Matt gave his vain to a newborn freakin' hungry vampire as her first meal... He trusted her, but absolutely couldn't be sure she'll be able to stop drinking in time. He owned Elena his life, but I still was impressed by his cold blood!
