Well, I think maybe Jenna, since she will technically become a vampire, but I don't think she'll be killed AS a vampire, it's too predictable (and OBVIOUSLY Stefan and Damon will come along to the rescue, there's no way they would leave Elena).

Despie the bite, I don't think it will be Damon. Bonnie will find a way to save him, or Elena's blood will save him or something like that.

Maybe Klaus will die and I think Lucas little sister will... maybe Tyler... I'm also thinking maybe Jules (spelt right?). Any of them. Anyone else is unacceptable!
Oh, or maybe John. I think it would be a twist if he came back to save his daughter and died doing it!
