Hang on a minute... since when was Katherine invited in to Caroline's house!?

At the end of episode 3, Katherine just wandered through her window without being invited in! Am I missing something here???

Remember in episode 1x16 "There goes the neighborhood" when Damon and Stefan are attacked by the tomb vamps? They came in and weren't invited...

Ohh that is a good point! I was thinking about Caroline's mum inviting her in...but it was in the middle of the night, and personally, i'd be like "Hi Elena, could you come round another time and not at some unearthly hour in the morning? Thanks..." lol

the only reason the vampire wur able to come into the boarding house in 1x16 was because no other human lives der so ders nuthing stopping them.
