Well first,
make sure you have an uzipping program, i have WINRAR - just search it on google. Install it!
Then download your sword thing - make sure you save it to a folder (I save mine to my desktop)
When your done downloading - right click the download and extract files... You should extract the files to your DOWNLOAD folder which should be located MyDocuments/EAGames/Sims2/Downloads.
I extract my files to another folder and date it so that it is easier to organise, then I just slide that into the DOWNLOADS foler! If you don't have a downloads folder - Create one. Just make sure it's in the SIMS2 folder! I hope that helps.
You can extract more than one file by selecting more than one and right clicking, extract files!
