Michael Sean Blakey is wanted for his alleged involvement in the brutal death of a seven-month-old baby boy in Scranton, Pennsylvania. On June 4, 2007, the boy was rushed to the hospital with fractures to his skull and bleeding to the brain. He died soon afterwards.

Blakey is thirty years old, 6'0", 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by the aliases "T", "TC", and "Top Cat".
