The deleted scene was on the "Producer's Cut" of Andy's last episode (The one with the cell phone prank).
Ed Helms (Andy) has signed on to the cast and will become a regular to Scranton.
The show allows the actors to do other things and writes in little vacations for them.
When Oscar was in Europe, the actor was really developing a show for Comedy Central.
