The Office How do you download the video

I have Mozilla Firefox with the internet downloader but I can't download the video, does anyone know how it download the video to my hard drive?

keith, the videos are hosted by 3rd party video sharing sites. so you need to click on the video player to go to the 3rd party site. from that site you can use your browser downloader.
