The Office More defiant towards Michael

Seems like everyone is being defiant to Michael. Pam grabbing the paper from him, Stanley yelling at him for the way he announced hitting merideth. What are your thoughts?

I didn't really notice that. Stanley has been disrespectful to Michael on a regular basis from the beginning of the seris.

Actually if you watch the deleted scene, Jim and Pam still look out for Michael.

Ryan orders Michael to get him water, Pam says she could do it, but Ryan says Michael will do it and then Jim says "Wasn't that a little harsh?
