They only have 3 eps left and with the May "sweeps" coming up they probably want to have as much original content to air as possible. At this point, they can run all the final episodes at this time.

No there is 4 episodes left, if you look at wikipedia they have posted #24 called "The Job" the description reads like this :Michael, Jim and Karen interview for a job opening at Corporate, leaving Dwight in charge of the Scranton branch.
