Can any one tell me how to get in touch with Taylor Swift's manager?

I am trying to get in touch with Taylor Swift. It is very important to me. I am 62 years old and am a fan of Taylor's. I can't get my nano classic ipod to work on my pc. I need a 5th generation and I live on $411.00 SS a month so I can't afford to buy one and I don't have any extra money to buy her cds. I have never been to one of her concerts. I have no family to help me, my parents and my only sister have passed away. I don't like asking for anything but I love to listen to her music. Could some one please help me? The last concert I went to was in the early 70's it was the Beach Boys. Thank you.
