Is "Permanant Marker" and "Sparks Fly" only recorded live?

"Permanent Marker" was supposed to be on her first album but Taylor thought it was to harsh so she didn't record it and "Sparks Fly" was supposedly going to be on her new album Fearless but it got replaced by "Change" but I really hope she will record "Sparks Fly"

If you go on 'grooveshark' you can hear everyone of her songs, I got permanent marker, and NO SCREAMING FANS!!! YAY!
