Who had the idea to make the TAILS DOLL?

The story is that a man made a little tails doll for his son. The little boy loved the tails doll very much. In fact, he loved the tails doll so much that the tails doll was given life. But the boy didn't know it. One day, the parents left the little kid home for just a little while. But when the parents came home they saw that the boy was dead on the floor, a knife in his heart and the tails doll in his arms. The tails doll then took his soul, and his parents souls, and that is how it started. I don't know who made this story, but if the tails doll is this popular its probably made by Sonic Team.
