The demon blood powers? Um I think that they will come back if he starts to drink demon blood again. Basically, they're dormant.

We know from s4 that drinking the demon blood only strengthened his abilities. He still had them when he wasn’t drinking blood. If Ruby said the truth then drinking demon blood didn´t make all that much difference. The powers obviously lie elsewhere. I wouldn't be surprised to see him raise his hand without thinking about it later in the Season, and cause something very dramatic to happen.
