Supernatural Question

Isn't there something wrong with Bugs episode?

When Dean and Sam came to the familly to tell them get out of the house but it was 12pm and too late so they hide into the house. Then after few minutes they go upstairs. Flies and bug come in and didn't killed anyone. I get that if Sam en Deen had a plan like "Ooo we read that spell and all the butterflies will die" but they didn't know wat to do. So they just waving with some things and bugs couldnt do the job. Then how the 1000's of bees didn't deformed their faces. Right,Sam(i think) said to them "hide your faces" but before he said that the bees had enough time to do some damages. But they don't.And then there was like 15 min from the time that they get into the house (12pm right?) and the sun was rising and everyone was saved. So correct me if I'm wrong but isnt there something not right in this episode?
I'll be damn glad if im wrong soooo?

No, you're right. There was some kind of time warp in that ep. That's the only thing about it that really bugs me. As for the bugs hurting them- well, they needed a happy ending, didn't they?

I think thats way this episode was most people's least favorite episode. There are so many holes in this episode.

I think like tammy63 said, that's probably one of the reasons this ep seems to be a least favorite for many, but I think it also gets neglected too much. And though the whole time problem and the "there's absolutely no way to escape the curse other than to leave the place, oh but wait! all we have to do is hide in the attic even though that wouldn't have worked for anyone else" does "bug" :-) me, I still really like the ep. It has not only some of the classic comedy scenes in it but also some very important parts for the series story line and the boys' characters- like for instance the conversation between the boys before they go in to see the professor, for one. :-)
