Supernatural- Is Chuck (the prophet) God?

If you saw the last epsiode of Supernatural that was aired, you saw chuck disappear after finishing writing and my friends think that chuck is God and i wanted to know what you guys think.

i don't think so....because Dean's necklace is the 'key' to finding God, and 'burns red hot' in his presence. We never saw this happen when Dean was around Chuck.....
