Supernatural Conventions

I would like to know if anyone could tell me how a Supernatural convention schedule is sometimes set up. I'm going to the Salute to Supernatural in Chicago and I know I will find out a few days before what the schedule looks like but I just wanted to see if anyone could give me an idea of what it might turn out to be.

Well I have looked on the site of the people hosting it and I know a few days before the event I will get a email with the schedule. I was just wondering if anyone has been to one ad could give me a rough idea of how one usually works out.
