everything she pointed out Elena not being able to feed from a blood bag only from a vein, she only listens to Damon, along with her not wanting to find a cure speaks volumes for me...Elena's desire as a human for not wanting to be a vampire should have been magnified once she was turned & it's not so I really believe that Damon is controlling her to not care.

also keep in mind, Julie Plec's comment about the sire bond that it is irrelevant with Elena's feelings for Damon. Sire bonding means that she's forced to do what he tells her to do, such as the examples above that you mentioned: feeding only from the vein, the red dress, etc. but in sire bonding, Elena's will is still in tact, meaning that her feelings are not being controlled at all. In sire bonding, you can hate your master. Julie Plec said that there's more hope than ever for Delena and this is considered a "small obstacle" for them.

Caroline is a huge Stelena shipper and I don't know if Stelena will be back anytime soon,but until then I'll believe.
