Patrick and SpongeBob were running in Jellyfish Fields, Patrick ran straight through a sign and off the edge of a cliff. When he landed, SpongeBob pulled Patrick out of the sand to find that the top of his head had fell off. SpongeBob looked around and picked up a piece of Brain coral, which made him extremely smart. It looked a lot like Patrick's head.
