The Headless Horseman rode through the corn field, Victoria in a complete state of shock. She has been kidnapped. They rode for what seemed like only a few minutes before the horseman stopped outside the cornfield, inside the town's cemetery. Victoria climbed down, frowning. "Why'd you bring me here?" She asked, watching him carefully. The horseman led his horse in front of a specific grave, and stopped. Victoria followed. "Your grave?" She guessed. The Headless Horseman nodded sadly. "So, what, is your head buried here or something?" Victoria continues. He shook his head. "Just for memory..." Victoria trails off. "Okay, but this STILL doesn't explain why you kidnapped me!" She pouts. The Headless Horseman looked lost in thought. "Hello?" Victoria draws his attention back. "Are you gonna answer me?" He stares at her. "Will you talk already?!" She demands. "Maybe I don't want to!Dang it." He cursed under his breath. "Why?" Victoria wonders. "I don't like talking." He replies. "Well, that's just annoying." She admits. "I need to find my head!" The horseman declares. "Wha-?" Victoria began. "My head! I need to find my head!" He repeats. "No, I heard you.." The horseman was completely impatient. "My murderer. He stole my head, and I need to find him!" He explains. "Wait. Is THAT why you've been murdering random people? Man, that won't help! You're well on your way to becoming a Kishin, you know that, right?" Victoria asks. "Will you just help me, and I'll stop!" Victoria thought a moment. "Okay, do you know what he looks like?" She began. "Not really. but he had two cannons." The horseman admits. "Like, Civil war cannons?" Victoria tried not to laugh. "No, you idiot! He can transform into a cannon, or use his arms as cannons!"
"You know, you're really not going to get any help with that attitude." She warns. "Sorry. Geez." He mumbles. "Okay. First, you need to take me back to my friends, and I'll convince them to help too." So the Headless Horseman rode Victoria back to the farmhouse, where she was greeted by many worried friends. She explained to them all what happened. "So will you help? It's the only way it might stop." She begs. "Me? No way!" Soul Eater scoffs. "Victoria, helping the Headless Horseman avenge his murderer is not going to stop him from collecting human souls. He's already an afreet egg." Kid points out. "Come on, don't you guys want to go home?" She pleads. A sudden blast from the cornfield drew everyone's attention. In the shadows crouched a man with two cannons for arms. "Well, looks like we have no choice." Danny points out. The weapons changed into their forms, meisters ready. "Be careful, everyone. Unlike Kid, he shoots cannonballs instead of his soul wavelength." Warns Doom. "I'm a girl, stupid!" She spat. "Girl or not, I'm gonna kick your butt!" Black Star cries out, rushing forward, using his Speed Star. He knocked her down. A tremendous battle scene (which is too awesome to fully describe. Imagine this battle yourselves, I'm leaving it up to all of you:) ) broke out. With one last swipe of her scythe, Maka drew near to cut the girl down- who stumbled out of the way, leaving the blade to cut down the Headless Horseman instead. The girl started to laugh, and was shot down by Kid's soul wavelength. She passed out on the ground as the team witnessed the horseman falling off his horse, and to his knees. His pumpkin head rolled to a stop in front of Victoria. It smiled up at her, and his soul left it, the red ball of energy floating in midair. "Wait. wasn't his soul taken when he originally got killed?" Asked Azuraka. "Obviously not." Doom replies. Victoria stared at it. "It's yours, you know." Danny told her. "You earned it." Victoria reached forward and claimed it. She bent down and picked up the pumpkin head. "I'll keep this as a prize." She says. "Can we go home now?" Asked a very bored Black Star. "Well, we have no further use here." Maka answers. So they went home.
