Sonic Fan Characters Question

-- Opinions : Literature Contests --

--The concept of "Opinions" is simple. Anyone can post an idea pertaining to club contribution and stuff, and the users can toss in their opinions on it, their suggestions, or whatever comes to mind. This is another attempt to bump up the activity, though I am aware how little success these can be.

--the orginal intent of this account was a name I hide behind when I'm in a critique or suggestion mode. Depending on the participants on this idea, I might do this often.

--my first proposal is a contest. In the past, most relied on drawn submissions. However, why don't we spice it up and judge written literature? Any self-appointed writer can join. Prose, poetry, scripts & screenplays, narratives, whatever! The requirement is meeting the prompt. If a nice amount of people are interested, then there can be more that one "critic" or judge, and constructive criticism is key. Judge by the hook, sentence structure, clichés, SPAG, fluidity, presentation, style, POV, impact and originality or whatever the judges agree to look for. The goal isn't just prizes, we want to help people improve.

--if this can be agreed upon, I already have a prompt in mind.

SPAG: Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar.

It'll most likely to be enjoyable either way. Excuse the flattery, but you do well in the nightmarish area with stories. Fortunately with this contest, there won't be deadlines to rush with.

You really think so? X{D That's quite the relief. I was looking over the story and I thought it was trying too hard. But if you say so.

This is a contest to write literature that others will judge, or to judge everyone's literature?

The former, mostly. Or whatever people would prefer. Doesn't matter.

Well that would definitely help with the involvement issue, as well as the roleplay-style writing issue, paragraphing, spelling, perspectives, gramer(seewhatIdidthere), etc. The only snag is of course that an audience is required for this to happen. If people are drawn in that's the only problem I see, but it's a massive one I've failed to deal with yet personally. Still though, I'm definitely for this if it works, and I will try to see if I can reach out to get attention for it, perhaps if you post it on the Facebook Group?
