Sonic Fan Characters Question

Curse of a shadow.

Your FC/OC/s are in the park with their mate, talkin' and laughing, when suddenly they are attacked by some weird creature, it looks like a grey-blue and red, four-winged, four armed, fly-bat thing, his hair is black and reeks of a dead stench, they try fighting it off when their mate steps in and manages to pull him off, throwing to the side, he gets up and sends a shock wave of dark energy pulsating at them. Then next thing they know, their mate is unconscious.
The creature starts backing away, before turning back into a known, friendly blue face, Dent! The second pair of arms disappear and the bat-like wings fade, before he collapses weakly, his hair though... is still black, and not the red, shaggy style it's supposed to be.

Lets see how it goes shall we?
