They Look Rather Lonely. Your FC Goes Over To The (Male/Female) And Sits Close To Them. The (Male/Female)'s Phone Lights Up, Someone's Calling Them. They Look At The Phone And Growl At The Phone, The Emotion On Their Face Seems Rather Annoyed. The (Male/Female) Are About To Look Back To The Fireworks When They Notice Your FC. The (Male/Female) Says "What Are You Looking At?" Though Due To The Noise Of The Fireworks And the Huge Crowd You Only See Them Mouth The Words.
