does anyone know any good paint programs?

PaintToolSAI is really good if you want an art program, but it takes a while to learn how to use it.

MS Paint Is A Classic Program Which Normally Comes With The Computer Hardrive.
Paint Is An Upgraded Version Of MS Paint Which Also Normally Comes With The Hardrive though you never get the two on the same computer (Long story short, you get one or the other. I Have many Computers since my parents are split up and so Some (Majority) Of Them Have MS Paint While The Rest Have Plain Old Paint.

I'm starting to use Paint Tool SAI but you could use other programs like Gimp (it's more similar to Photoshop) or Paint.Net to start off a little more simple. Creating art on programs improve greatly if you have a tablet.
If you don't want a virus I'd go with MS Paint or even draw traditionally.
