Sonic Fan Characters Question

Could someone please answer me?

I've posted a picture of my character Powder the Cheshire cat onto fanpop at lest 3 times, but for some reason it keeps getting deleted, and I want to know, who is responsible for removing it? There is NO sexual content in it, I didn't STEAL it, so why does it keep getting deleted?

In fact, it's the REASON I left this club, it's happened to me a few times as well, but the only thing I can think of is it isn't the mods. I believe this website runs almost entirely on user reportings.

People could report your images without reason, and if it gets enough reports, it's deleted.

Obviously someone has an issue with it

We can't know what kind of issue until we find out who did it.

Well there IS an account called TheReporters that at least said they were doing it, but some people think they're/he/she's copying or something.
