Meeting a dimensional traveller (RP)

A blue flash of light appears in the clearing of a forest. A blue raccoon mobian appears from this light, the light fades away into darkness in the blink of an eye. He looks around, possibly spotting your character, and doesn't seem to be familiar with the area. He looks young, about 15 or 16, with two short swords strapped to his back. He inspects one of the nearby trees and sighs a sigh of relief. He leans up against the tree and looks at the night sky.

And, some quick ground rules if you don't mind. Well, only one. I will not tolerate godmodding. If I feel you're godmodding/meta gaming/ power playing I will not hesitate to call you out on it.)
