If your characters have met “Sissy”…

Your characters were on their way to the Mercian lands. They were invited by Sissy, but when they arrived they were unable to locate her. It was cold and dark, but if she was in trouble they had to find her. Eventually they were directed to a house she claimed to be staying in. They go to a cabin. Its windows are broken with a grey ooze leaking out from them. The door is open, and there is no light.

If your characters have not met “Sissy”

Your characters are staying at the hotel in the Medieval Mercians lands for a vacation. The clean air, woods, and lovely Celtic music made it a no-brainer, with other additions. Sadly however they cannot sleep and therefore go for a walk. The streets are quiet, and peaceful, with a slight fog about. But this fog seems strange. It stretches and winds, like a path, leading somewhere. They follow it and are led to a cabin. Its windows are broken with a grey ooze leaking out from them. The door is open, and there is no light.
