Sonic Fan Characters Question

Can I please do a request for somebody?

I've never done it before, and it's something I'd like to try my hand at. A word of caution though: I use MS paint, which is a rather limited paint program. But I will do my best. It's not a bad program, but not a great one, either. I'm willing to take up to two requests. Thank you.

Just looked at the pic you mentioned. It's a little easier to see, but still kind of blurry. But I'll give it a try.
