Sonic Fan Characters Question

Drawing Request, please?

I have one main character I want drawn to Icon scale...her name is Rocket the CatChidna. Here's a slight description to her.
Name: Rocket Anne "Rockette" the CatChidna
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Height: Slightly above average
Appearance: Average physique, long hair and a cute smile. Purple fur and deep blue eyes. Red lipstick.
Outfit: A red tank top with a bit of her pink bra showing from underneath. Blue shorts that come just above her knees. Red gloves and blue boots.
PLEASE make sure it's at Icon Size! ^^ Thank you!!
