Possible Mary Sue?

I know that alot of people don't like Mary Sues and myself included (to a point) so I've decided to let everyone decide if my fc Jak the Hedgehog is a Mary Sue and please feel fee to comment and add some helpful hints.
Name: Jak The Hedgehog
Age: 15
Powers: Fury and burning soul

Transformations: Super (7 emerald), Hyper (dark side of the emeralds), Burning Soul (inner piece), fury (strong will), and fury unleashed (more will)

Personality: carefree, optimistic, simple minded, loves to fight, eat, sleep, always wants to be the hero, isn't afraid to do what he believes is right or to help a friend.

Weakness: cant swim, gets too cocky, believes he can do everything.

Origin: Jak was born into a tribe of warriors, known as the fury tribe, who just love to fight and is the son of one of the most powerful fury members Zane the hedgehog. one day for unknown reasons the tribe suddenly scattered and Jak lived with his father after his enemy, Alpha, killed his wife. at age 6 he met a new friend who will journey with him, Zoe the cat, and at the same time he lost his father to alpha. now he travels with Zoe and his rival, Mark the bat, to defeat The Alpha V.2, reunite the fury tribe and fight to prove that he is the best.
