Sonic Fan Characters Question

Your fc, one of their best friends and their little brother/sister (who tags along with them) go out to the park when this happens..

A couple of lads start chucking water balloons at them. They go back to your fc's house and they try and squirt them with the garden hose, when one of the guys start throwing stones at them, later on another throws a water balloon in their best friend's face and teasing them and stuff, and their sibling gets kicked in the face by a football.
What do they do next, and who do they help first?
(btw, this is something that happened to me, my mate and my lil' bruv today...)
