Your fc is walking in a forest when they start feeling chilly and cold. They keep walking to see Frostbite unconscious with snow and ice all around. You try to get close to help her since she is also covered in blood but the ice spikes are hurting you

What do you do?
And don't use fire. If you melt the ice that comes from her, she gets hurt.
