(let me explain his situation first. He is a 5 year old skunk, tricked by a TV program about Eggman into thinking that being Evil is a good thing. That same day, Eggman came and destroyed the village, leaving the 2 year old skunk to die. He became evil as an attempt to keep himself alive. Although he says he's evil, he's actually good at heart, and a couple days after stealing something, he feels bad and gives the person he stole from a better model of whatever he stole)
