Sonic Fan Characters Question

Hey smarter people with the computer. On the Female/Male furry dollmaker I can't seam to get my FC to save in my files. I NEED HELP!!! Could any one out there tell me how(step by step)to save the screen or do ANYTHING, to get my FC, saved!PLEASE HELP
