Outfit Design Contest, anybody can enter!

Winters over, and i think it's about time Legend have a new outfit! Anybody, male or female of any age, can enter!

RULES:
~You can enter as many times as you like!
~NO stealing outfits from other characters to enter!
~you can make a tribal outfit if you like, since she is from a tribe.
~you can use a base, as long as you give credit to the creator.
~NO re-colors!
~Be creative!
~you don't have to draw the character, you can just draw the outfit if you wanna!
~Take your time!
~Have fun!

Request and re design or custom character, also my character will wear your outfit and you get an old character of mine! can't tell you who, it's a surprise! ;) but i will tell you it's a guy! :D
