Sonic Fan Characters Question

Your character sees a new person walk by and you know there is something strange about her...

The girl looks about 17 years old. She has on a short green shirt with short shorts. She has a chain with a star on her tail and her hair is in a side ponytail. You only see the left side of her, but something is strange. Something seems to catch her eye and she turns her head. Your character notices 3 things at once.
1: She is looking at you.
2: She only has one eye.
3: She doesn't seem happy.
