DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY OTHER PAINT PRGRAMS

Well, there's MS Paint which pretty much everyone has.

You can use the online drawing program, www.sumopaint.com

Or you can download stuff like paint.net GIMP and Paint Tool Sai. IDK where you can get those from though.

There is;

MSPaint (should come with your PC)
Photoshop/Elements (Gotta pay for it, unless you download the pirated version)
GIMP (Free)
Paint.NET (Free)
Paint tool SAI (pay for it, also in Japanese, but there's an English patch)
Art Rage (Gotta pay, quite cheap, though)
Sumo Paint (Online version free 8D)
