anyone have any idea what the power of the Dark Breeze?

Here's some powers I thought of for Dark Breeze:
Dark Wind-Makes huge gusts of wind swarm around her enemies
Breeze Blast-A huge gust of wind shoots the enemy causing them to pass out for a minimum of 1 hour
